Important policies

Outdoor events are reviewed individually and may require a site inspection. Berry’s may decline events because of weather, equipment concerns, or unsuitable working conditions.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required only after approval to reserve the date and time. Cancellations more than seven days before the event forfeit the deposit. Cancellations within seven days also carry a $100 cancellation fee. Event-specific supplies already purchased remain the customer’s responsibility.

Final drink counts, flavors, menus, and event details are due no later than seven days before the event.
